Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided

Media DR agrees to design, build, and optionally host a digital website for the client based on the selected package (Starter, Professional, or Premium). The timeline for delivery (3 to 7 days) begins only after all required materials (logos, pricing, text) are provided by the client.

2. Payment & Maintenance Fees

Monthly Subscriptions: Payments are processed via Stripe on a rolling monthly basis. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, hosting services will cease and the website will go offline at the end of your billing cycle.

Upfront Payments: One-off payments cover the complete design and the first 12 months of hosting/domain registration. After 12 months, an ongoing maintenance fee (£5, £10, or £15 per month depending on your tier) is required to keep the website active, secure, and hosted on our servers.

3. Ownership

Upon full payment of the upfront fee (or while a monthly subscription is active in good standing), the client owns all rights to the text, images, and content provided to us. Media DR retains the right to display the completed website in our portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise.
